The main functionality of the site is password protected. If you require a username and password your system administrator will issue you with one.
If you have just received an email containing your username and password click on ‘Login’ in the top right and enter your details in the appropriate boxes. If you are logging on for the first time you will be asked to change your password.
You should keep your username and password in a safe place as it will be important to you for as long as you have an ALD vehicle or service.
